Instructor Development Course – Level 1

This intensive course allows you to develop solid foundations, both technically and pedagogically, in a coherent, realistic and applicable daily approach.

🎯 Training Objectives

The IDC program aims to:

During this course, you will learn to integrate these principles into all situations, in order to develop a fluid, adaptable and effective practice.

📅 Organization and duration

• Duration: 5 intensive days

• 2 sessions per day (3 hours each)

• Total: 30 hours of training

• Option to split into two 15-hour modules

📚 IDC-1 Training Content

Throughout the internship, you will work on:

✅ Breathing and movement in context
✅ Floor movements and body structuring
✅ Physical rehabilitation and recovery techniques
✅ Striking technique: precision, impact, protection and absorption
✅ Stick work as a teaching tool
✅ Introduction to knife work (technical and psychological aspects)
✅ Managing stress and high-pressure situations
