This intensive course allows you to develop solid foundations, both technically and pedagogically, in a coherent, realistic and applicable daily approach.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
If for any reason you cannot participate and wish to cancel your
reservation, you must do so in writing to jetedis@systema-valais.ch
In case of cancellation, from 60 days before the internship date, cancellation fees of 50% of the course price will be due.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made 40 days or more before the course.
It is also possible to transfer your reservation to another person meeting the conditions mentioned in this document, at no additional cost, if you cannot
participate in the internship yourself.
The course organizer reserves the right to cancel the seminar if a case of force majeure prevents the seminar from taking place.
In this case, the
contribution to the seminar will be fully reimbursed to participants.
RESPONSIBILITY
The participant participates in training at his or her own risk.
This is a martial arts seminar involving close physical contact with other people, so injuries cannot be entirely ruled out, even if
training takes place in an orderly and calm manner and with mutual respect.
Neither the organizer, nor the trainers/speakers, nor their assistants are responsible for the
possible damages and/or injuries that may occur during the seminar.
By registering for the
seminar, the participant declares himself in agreement with these conditions.
In addition, each participant confirms that he or she is in a suitable physical and psychological condition to participate in the course.
TAKING PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
The organizer may take photos and videos that may be used and published for its purposes.
Your consent to these photo and video recordings and use is required upon registration at the seminar entrance in order to participate in the seminar.
People who are part of public, private or Swiss army security will easily have their faces blurred. (as well as any minors)
Participants are allowed to take photos during the seminar.
However, participants
are not allowed to make video recordings unless the organizer authorizes it.
